Yes, Our plan of continual learning arrangement for trainees is that all selected trainees should be carried out follow up classes compulsorily after completed 3 months training in camp until just before their departure for Japan.

Yes, Our prevention plan for trainees run-away is by conducting following tasks among us ( Trainees, Agency & Association ). (1) Contract terms ( 3 years ) is explained thoroughly to trainees during and after interview by both Agency & Association. (2) Commitment by trainees for avoiding run-away from work sites are taken in front of their parents during families meeting. (3) Also agreement for avoiding run-away from work sites are made and signed by trainees & their parents for responsibility and also signed by Agency & Advocate from law firm as witness when receiving final payment at Agency. (4) Complaint mechanism and line of communication for reporting complaints are explained thoroughly to trainees during departure orientation at Agency in order to avoid run-away from work sites. (5) Supervising & Monitoring for trainees in their work sites is carried out by Japan Association once in a month in order to avoid run-away and also to solve other difficulties.

When trainees run away in Japan work sites, the following arrangement will be done by both Myanmar Agency & Japan Association. (1) Japan Association give information about run away( Name & Company, date, time and other detail . . . etc ) to Myanmar Agency. (2) After received information, contact to their families by phone, notify by Agency that they are requested by families to return work place in time if possible to get contact. (3) Mean while, Agency also explained about penality regarding run away which included in Agreement for avoiding run away shall be paid by families when run away cases are confirmed. (4) If there is unavailable phone contact with families, Agency prepare notification letter and then send it to their families's mailing address by posting. (5) After received confirmation letter regarding run away which approved by authority from Japan Association , prepare reporting letter and which is submitted to Labour Department (Office.51), Nya Pyi Daw by express mail.
